Alienation of property in Livadhë, SPAK demands 2 prison terms for former Himara mayor Jorgo Goro

SPAK has filed a claim for the second file against the former mayor of Himara, c. SPAK is requesting two years in prison, with a shortened sentence of 1 year and 4 months against Goro for abuse of office more than once in connection with the alienation of land in the Livadha area with beneficiary Arqile Bollanon.

For Vasillaq Strakosha, former director of property management at the Himara Municipality, he requested 1 year and 6 months, with a shortened sentence of 1 year in prison.

Goro is accused of abuse of office more than once, committed in collaboration, while Vasillaq Strakosha, former director of land and property management at the Himara Municipality, is also a defendant in this case.
