To this day, 65-year-old Ylli Dine has not been found, while the search in the Vjosa River continues.

For four days, the search for the body of 65-year-old Ylli Dine has been continuing in the Vjosa Riverbed.

He left his apartment without an address on February 3, and his disappearance was reported by his family to the local police.

The 65-year-old worked as a shepherd in areas along the Vjosa River, which has raised suspicions that he may have accidentally slipped into the river's waters.

RENEA divers, State Police officers, and emergency structures were involved in the search operation.

The search of the Vjosa riverbed is taking place in difficult terrain, due to strong water currents and natural conditions. The family is appealing for help in finding the body of the 65-year-old.

"He had some sheep, he grazed them every morning in the area on the Vjosa side and picked them up in the afternoon. When he returned in the afternoon, in his haste, his foot slipped, as they told us, while we also saw the place ourselves," says his brother, Agron Dine.

In another appeal, the 65-year-old's brother asks for help from institutions and citizens.

"I beg the state and all the people who have heard about this story to do what is possible, to help us find the body."

Relatives are asking anyone who may have information to contact the relevant structures to help solve the incident.
