A 66-year-old man died while going in to bathe at Golem beach in Kavaje.

According to the police, the citizen from Elbasan showed problems as soon as he came into contact with the water. Preliminarily, it is suspected that the death occurred as a result of cardiac arrest.

"In Golem, the MK citizen, 66 years old, resident of Elbasan, just came into contact with the water on the sea side, he has shown health problems, cardiac arrest is suspected.

He was immediately given first aid by his family members and by the lifeguard, but during the transport to the hospital, by ambulance, this citizen lost his life.

The investigative group continues its work to determine the exact cause of the loss of life," the police informs.
