New details have emerged from the serious incident that happened this morning on the Peqin-Elbasan road axis, where a 55-year-old woman died after being thrown from a moving van.

The incident happened near the village of Papër, as the victim was identified as Merushe Gjuzi. It is learned that she was traveling with her friend towards Elbasan, when at one point she opened the door of the van and jumped to her death.

While being questioned by the police, the woman who was traveling with the victim stated that Merushe Gjuzi seemed to be in a bad psychological state, as she had told her friend, she had quarreled with her husband.

"We always sat in the first seat of the van" - stated her friend, but this morning, Gjuzi wanted to sit in the back and sat alone.
Meanwhile, the police are continuing the investigation for the full disclosure of the incident.
