In Rrapun-Togës-Kuturman, the Hec dam was opened, causing the flooding of lands and the blocking of some houses. Also, as a result of the heavy rains, the circulation of vehicles is currently difficult. 

The deterioration of the weather has caused problems in some areas of the country. The increase in rainfall has also brought the Ishëm river out of its bed during the night, causing flooding in some areas in Fushë-Kruje.

The water has covered large areas of agricultural land, mainly in the villages of Murqinë and Mallkuç. Currently, there are several houses surrounded by water around the village of Murqinë and Mallkuç. The Arbri road has become impassable as a result of the landslide of inerts and stones.

The water dam in the village of Hundëkuq has broken and the roads are in danger of being flooded. In Vlora, sailing has been suspended. In Tepelena, several road axes are also blocked, as well as the one leading to the village of Kurvelesh. In Korça, 15 villages have been left without electricity
