Former sports commentator Dritan Shakohoxha, today an investor in the real estate business, says that the situation with constructions, but also the prices of apartments in Tirana is "pretty normal".

Discussing this topic in the show "Opinion", Shakohoxha revealed that an apartment from the best, mainly those on the top floor of new buildings, can go up to 6 thousand euros per square meter.

Arguing with Pano Soko, who argued that apartment prices in Tirana are too high, becoming one of the main reasons why young couples create fewer and fewer families, Shakohoxha surprised by saying that in Tirana there are also apartments with 35 thousand euros.

According to him, these apartments are located in the "Astiri" area. However, the latest figures show that in "Astir" the price varies around 850 euros per square meter.
