Two people have been arrested by the Durrës police for robbery. The 35-year-old man with the initials GR, who is suspected of violently stealing the daily turnover (10,000 new leks) from a bakery, in the neighborhood no. 2. of the coastal city.

While a 30-year-old, the young man with the initials KM, has been arrested for 4 other cases of theft in different markets, in the Durrës region.

In the video, he is seen stealing alcoholic beverages from a market. He is also the author of 3 other thefts, of the same article, in different markets, which occurred on January 5, 7 and 12, 2023.

4 more cases of theft in different markets were revealed in the Durrës district, the 30-year-old man was arrested in the act.

- The services of the Durrës Police Station, immediately after the notification received about a case of theft that occurred in a business (bakery), in neighborhood no. 2, Durrës, organized the work to identify, locate and capture the author of this case.

As a result of the quick investigative actions of the structures of the Durrës Police Station, the identification, detention and arrest of the GR citizen, 35 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, after the evidence provided thanks to the immediate response, it turned out that this citizen stole by force, the daily turnover (10,000 new lek) in a business (bakery), in neighborhood no. 2.

- As a result of the investigative work by the crime investigation specialists of the Durrës Police Station, with the aim of clarifying the thefts that happened before and bringing out their perpetrators, before criminal responsibility, 4 cases of this criminal activity were clarified and put in handcuffed citizen KM, 30 years old, resident of Durrës, after being caught red-handed stealing bottles of alcoholic beverages in a market.

From the investigative actions carried out, it has emerged that the 30-year-old is the author of 3 other thefts, of the same article, in different markets, in the city of Durrës, which happened on January 5, 7 and 12, 2023.

The work continues to reveal and document other thefts that may have been committed by this citizen. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Durrës Judicial District Court for further action.
