A 17-year-old has been arrested by police after being accused of stabbing his peer.
Another 17-year-old was also prosecuted for punching the suspected perpetrator of the injury.
The incident reportedly occurred on March 16 on "Besëlidhja" Street in Kamëz.
The cutting tool was found and seized as evidence.
The injured 17-year-old is currently under medical care, out of danger.
