The '5D'/GJKKO file passes the second faction for trial, 9 members of the Municipal Bids Commission are defendants!

The Special Court has passed the second faction of the "5D" file for trial, while the first includes the former defendant directors of the Tirana Municipality.

In this dossier, former members of the Bidding Commission, officials are charged:

Eglantina Zëre, Deborah Keçi, Teuta Guri, Jetjon Mera, Reinaldo Gjerazi, Enekleida Qyta, Bruno Koçi, Riviola Baxha and Kristo Zhulati .

All defendants have requested a summary trial, a request which was granted by the black platoons.

According to SPAK, it has been proven that the members of the Bid Evaluation Commission did not exercise their duty to evaluate and classify bids in accordance with the law, but rather evaluated and classified in violation of public procurement rules the merger of economic operators "VAS Konstruksion" sh.pk and "Rroku Guest", which were predetermined to be declared winners by the defendant Eglantina Zëre, where the beneficiaries of the tenders were the directors of the municipality, at the same time the actual owners of the company "5D".
