The Special Court has changed the measure against the businessman Fiqiri Faruku, builder of an 11-story building in the city of Durrës.

Faruku will remain under "house arrest" according to the new measure by GJKKO, provided that he does not communicate with any person other than those he lives with.

He is the builder of the 11-storey "Tod Trungu" building in the city of Durrës, which is suspected to have been built in violation of the building permit.

The damage that the palace suffered in 2019 during the earthquake, caused SPAk to start investigations, revealing the violations, which led to the imprisonment of the former mayor Vangjush Dako and several other officials of the municipality.
