On Monday, December 4, the lot was cast for the election of new members of the Judicial Appointments Council for 2024.

The lot was cast in the premises of the Presidency, from where the new chairman of the Judicial Appointments Council was elected.

This important structure, KED, will be led by judge  Sokol Ngresi , who was chosen by lottery, from the ranks of the Supreme Court. While his replacement has been chosen by lot, he will be judge Dariel Sina.

So far, Elsa Toska and Sonila Bejtja have been chosen as winners from this lot as members of the Constitutional Court .

While the substitute member of the Constitution was chosen by lottery, the name of Mariana Semini.

Another member of the KED, as a representative from the General Prosecutor's Office, will be the prosecutor Alma Muça. Prosecutor Arqilea Koça was elected as a substitute member .

Irena Brahimi will be a member of the Council as a representative of the Courts of Appeal.

The second member will be Altina Nasifi , also a representative of the Courts of Appeal. While the substitute member will be Mrs. Ilirjana Olldashi .

Lazer Čardaku is elected a member of the Council as the Appeal Representative of the General Jurisdiction Prosecution.

Genti Xholi will be the second member as a representative of the Appeal Prosecution of the General Jurisdiction.

While the substitute member will be Mrs. Irma Balli .

Ramiz Lala will be a member of the Council as a representative of the Administrative Court

Bezart Kaçkini will be the second member of the Council as a representative of the Administrative Court.
