Albania continues to be the focus of attention as one of the countries for free tourism, even through 2024.
The British newspaper Daily Express, citing tourism travel expert Simon Calder, ranks Albania among the four extremely cheap destinations to visit along with Bulgaria, Montenegro and Portugal.
Travel experts at Wanderlust explained that Albania is the "Secret of the Mediterranean", where "beaches remain largely without resorts".
Some of the most fascinating places to visit are Tirana, Berat and the Albanian Riviera.
Simon commented: "Albania, of course, faces the island of Corfu. It's beautiful and very friendly. It's not as sophisticated as Corfu, but I think for 2024 it's going to be a real peak if you want a low-price holiday and there's a tariff war going on."
