Dashamir Kullaj , the boss of the taxi company " Airport Taxi " in Rinas and the company " Theatri inn Tirana ", is arrested for the charge of "Illegal border assistance" carried out in cooperation.

According to the investigations of the prosecution of Tirana, Kullaj is an integral part of the group of persons coordinated by the Syrian Muhammed Alfahel, Ahmet Kensoëa and the Albanian, Claudio Mano .

In 8 clandestine cases, Dashamir Kullaj turns out to be a host in Rinas.

Ora writes that Dashamir Kullaj is staying in the premises of a hospital in Tirana, due to the problems he had, after the "arrest in prison" order was issued by the prosecution.

Meanwhile, two days ago, the Tirana Court of Appeal decided to confirm the measure of arrest in prison against him and other persons arrested for the charge of assisting the illegal border crossing of dozens of Syrian immigrants and not only those who crossed into Albania to gone to European Union countries.

The investigation headed by the prosecutor of Tirana, Ridvan Suka, has revealed many cases that through taxis of the company "Airport Taxi" controlled by Dashamir Kullaj, some Syrian, Palestinian and other immigrants have been transferred from one country to another.

Yes, this file does not only include Dashamir Kullaj, as other names such as the Syrian Muhammed Alfahel, Sarandioti, Claudio Mano, Nazmi Haxhia, Julian Avxhia, Florenc Avxhiu, Klajvert Avxhia, Trilind Gjana, Elton Ukaj, Elton Ukaj, Eurel Ukaj, Kelti Xhani, Kastriot Xhani, Ilirian Xhaferi, Mikel Stefani and Ahmet Kensoëa are involved in this clandestine network .

The names of these persons have emerged from another criminal case of 2023, when in September, the police arrested Rafaelo Demaj, Enriko Gjonaj, Mehmet Bregu, Arnold Kërci and Daniel Qemali.

From the data obtained on their phones and communications on the "Whats App" application, it was proven that the above 5 people in cooperation with the other 16 people arrested in October 2024, organized the transport of immigrants from the countries of the Middle East , bringing them to the Greek state and then to Albania, with the final destination being the European states.

Through telephone communications in English and Arabic, the police received information that an authorized person was going to the Konispoli area in Saranda, and the location would be sent to him at the moment that the authorized person would be near Konispoli and transport with a vehicle of 10 immigrants from Konispoli with destination Tirana and then from the city of Tirana, in Kosovo.

All this work would be done against the payment of 300 to 400 euros per person.

The man who delivered the immigrants to the authorized person has been identified as Claudio Mano and the clandestines were taken in the village of Xarre in Saranda, Ora writes .

Meanwhile, the Tirana police have received data that after the transport of the immigrants, payments for the transport and other services of their journey from Syria, Greece, Albania, Kosovo and beyond were made through an electronic program called " Money Box ".

These payments were made by a foreign person who lived in Tirana in several different hotels and has been identified as Khaled Shahin.

During the inspection of the "Artist" hotel where he was staying, the police found Shahi and two other Egyptian passports, which are suspected to be forged.

The profits of this group for each person smuggling from Egypt, Nepal, and the countries of the Middle East, ranged from 10 to 15 thousand euros per person.

The clandestines of these countries enter the Albanian territory from Greece, being accommodated for a few days in some secret bases of the group and then with "Taxi" or vans, they pass through the Albanian territory, illegally entering Mali Montenegro and Kosovo.

Other groups in these countries wait for them by transporting them to the destination requested by the clandestines themselves.

From the investigations carried out, the prosecutor's office of Tirana has provided data that when the persons arrive at their final destination, one of the group's coordinators, Ahmet Kensova, in exchange for earning 10 to 15 thousand euros, sends the passports to the countries of European Union where the trafficked persons have arrived.
