The citizen Leonard Luzi alias LS is extradited from Spain, who is accused by the GjKKO of organizing the murder of 2 citizens in Vlora (a crime prevented as a result of the intervention of the Police).   

The citizen Leonard Luzi alias LS, was arrested in Spain, during the coded operation "Recruiter". 

As a result of the cooperation between the authorities of Albania and Spain, in implementation of the extradition agreement, citizen Leonard Luzi alias LS, 47 years old, born in Vlora, was extradited from Spain.  

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Holding without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group. 

The 47-year-old is accused of having, in cooperation with other members of the criminal group, organized the murder of citizens Ervis Matodashaj and Inez Hajrulla.  

This crime was prevented by the Police, as citizen Amarildo Nikolli was arrested before committing the murders. 

Citizen Amarildo Nikolli, at the time of his arrest, had a pistol with a cartridge in the holster, ready to fire, seized.
