A serious incident has occurred in Reç prison.
Top Channel correspondent Klodian Zhivani reports that Sandër Deda, 35, hanged himself in his cell, in the detention center.
The citizen in question, as soon as he was noticed by prison employees, was transported to Shkodra Hospital, but died in the emergency room.
According to the prison's medical team, the 35-year-old was treated as a patient with mental health problems.
