LAST/ Sterilization concession, SPAK imposes "obligation to appear"

The assignment to the person under IB investigation with the duty of former Minister of Health, of the security measure "Compulsion to appear at the Judicial Police" and "Prohibition of exiting the country", provided by articles 234 and 233 of the Penal Code, as suspected of the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" committed in cooperation, provided by articles 248 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
· The person under IB investigation is ordered to appear before the judicial police of the National Bureau of Investigation, once a week, on Fridays, at 3:30 p.m.
· The person under IB investigation is ordered not to leave the territory of the Republic of Albania without the authorization of the court.
· The use of the passport and other valid means of identification for exiting the country, for the person under IB investigation, is prohibited.
