The mother of a criminal exponent, who had social relations with the businessman Ervis Martinaj, turns out to have benefited from some wealth, donated by the "king" of casinos in Albania.
It is about the citizen from Shkodra Bisere Hato, who in the SPAK prosecution file turns out to be the mother of Esmeraldo alias Elio Hato.
This character is known as a person close to Ervis Martinaj, being exposed in the event of the massacre of October 4, 2018, which took place in the former block, where Hato was seriously injured.
In the investigative file secured, it is stated that Bisere Hato benefited from Ervis Martinaj through donation contracts, two properties. A property of 120 m2 worth 8 million old lek, which was bought by the businessman and then donated to Hato.
While another Land+Building property worth 84 million and 500 thousand old ALL, is the second property that was donated to Eljo Hato's mother.
But SPAK has raised strong doubts that despite the fact that these assets were donated with a notarial declaration, they are still managed continuously by Ervis Martinaj and his family members.
This shows that the donation contracts registered in the mortgage were "fictitious" using Bisere Haton as a disguise in order to hide the real owner of the property.
Another property where Ervis Martinaj is a donor is a 105 square meter apartment on "Dervish Hima" street, located behind the "Air Albania" stadium.
Martinaj donated this property to 46-year-old Gelmona Tarja. While another asset that SPAK has strong doubts has been donated, turns out to be a villa in Surrel. The property is located very close to the alley where Prime Minister Edi Rama's villa is located in the village of Surrel.
This property turns out to be in the name of businessman Fatmir Vuthaj. But SPAK has strong doubts that the real owner of the purchase of this property is Ervis Martinaj.
One month after the purchase of the villa and its registration in the mortgage of Tirana, Fatmir Vuthaj signed a lease contract with Ervis Martinaj, giving the latter the right to live in this villa.
At the beginning of January 2023, this property was checked by RENEA and FNSH forces, with the hope of finding traces of Ervis Martinaj.
But the police found nothing in the apartment except some of his clothes and a Kosovar passport with Martinaj's photo and the name Admir Kaca. Ervis Martinaj has been missing for 6 months.
The police still do not have an official version of what happened to Martinaj, on the evening of August 8, when he was traveling from Tirana in the direction of Shijak.
On May 17, Martinaj was declared wanted by the SPAK special prosecutor's office, after Nuredin Duman's testimony that he had paid him 500,000 euros in exchange for the murder of Endri Dokles./OraNews
