Two nurses have fallen victim to violence by a patient in Peqin hospital.

The authorities inform that the 50-year-old man with the initials KS was taken by his family members to the hospital in a drunken state. But, being in a drunken state, he damaged the windows of Peqin hospital and hit the two nurses who were giving him medical assistance.

The police have handcuffed the 50-year-old man, who is accused of the criminal offenses "Assault due to duty" and "Destruction of property".
