Erion Alibey continues to testify in the Special Court in the "Golden Bullet" case. Accused of several serious events, Alibey has become a collaborator of justice. In the courtroom, he told how he was put in pursuit of Talo Çela, whom he accuses of being the murderer of his brother and uncle, in December 2018.
"I had given all the information to the police officers, but the executioners went to my children at school, to my mother when she went to the cemetery. Zero action was taken by the state. The group of executioners was given space, so that we could have killed you once every 6 months at home. After the execution of Kevi Baho, my sister received a phone call saying that what happened to your brothers was from Sandër Baho and a brother. I understood that they were trying to disturb her. I told my sister to report him. She reported him, but it was never solved," says Alibej.
"Andi Zylyfi, my cousin, was killed almost 7 months after the assassination attempt on the Baho brothers, where Kevi was killed. Zylyfi was a close person, who took care of the family, but also told me what was being said. After my uncle's son, Zylyfi, was killed, I was wanted. At that time, I invested everything only in protection and to find those who hit us. I had gone out to investigate myself, on a motorbike, as a pizza delivery man. In addition to having cameras in a part of the city, since Suel Çela had them all. I identified the Ford at Rigers Runaj's house, while the Benz at Emiliano Ramazani's. From the cameras, I saw that the Benz had left Mikel Kamami's house," he added.
"I was focused on Talo Cela. I was definitely looking for him, dead, alive. I had said that I wanted every piece of information. Once, my uncle's son, Zylyfi, on his way to Peqin, told me, how is it possible, the road was empty, while behind me was Tos Gosa. Zylyfi was careful along the way, because events had happened in that segment. I didn't want to scare my cousin, but I had a lot of information about Tos Gosa. He was driving several cars, including a car belonging to the Rakipi brothers. Talo was important to me, because he knew everything. He knew the perpetrators, the executioners, but also everything about my uncles in Peqin. I had said about Talo. Through Arjan Spahiu, my brother-in-law's brother, the Çopja brothers' brother, I learned that he had information and told me about a meeting with Duman. When I asked him how he got in touch with Nuredin, he told me that a cousin of Fat Katnar was related to him. The meeting took place at the end of February, beginning of March. 2020. At that time, Arjani took Nuredin, near Elio Bitri's house. I gave him one of my cars, but to keep it safe, as they also wanted to kill Arjani. We met on the seventh floor, a house that we had rented.
