Alibej recounts the conversation with Dumani after the murder of Dorian Shkoza:
Erion Alibey

In his testimony at the Criminal Court, Erion Alibej recounts the conversation with Nuredin Duman after the murder of Dorian Shkoza, an ally of Talo Çela.

"We agreed on the murder of Dorjan Shkoza. At that time, I only talked about Talo Çela. One night, Nuredini wrote to me and said he finished first. I said who? He said it was on TV. I saw that Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia had been killed.

I ask this other guy where he came from, and he quickly tells me, "But it wasn't in vain that he was one of them."

"Before Nuredini continued with this event, I had established contacts with a hoxha in Tirana, he sold weapons, and we bought weapons from this hoxha, he lived in the Fresku area."
