They raped the director of OSHEE in Lezhë, the Court leaves the two

The Court of Lezha has given a prison sentence to Leonard Pepa and Sebastiano Malotaj, who raped the director of OSHEE Lezha a few days ago.

Malotaj and Pepa, in cooperation with each other, first damaged the vehicle of Edmir Pëndreca, and then hit him, causing physical damage.

The attack is suspected to have come because of the job that Pdrreca holds.

Meanwhile, there are doubts that the perpetrators may have been ordered by other persons to rape the director of OSHEE in Lezhë.
