The arrival of immigrants for holidays, flow in Kakavija, is worked with 3

The border crossing point of Kakavija is faced with an increased flow of vehicles and citizens crossing on both sides of the border.

Queues were marked only yesterday evening where the Greek side worked with one counter, while this morning the situation has normalized and both police officers work with three counters each. Citizens say that even though the flow is high, there have been no delays.

"For the first time I see order at the Greek customs, they work with 3 counters", says a citizen.

During the last 24 hours, about 7,000 people have entered Kakavija, while 3,400 citizens have left our territory.
