Tragic is the event that happened in the early hours of this Saturday in Durrës. Bardhyl Beqiri had probably gone to work like any other day, when he was fatally hit by a vehicle outside a hotel in Shkëmbi i Kavaja.

The 50-year-old man was a cleaning and landscaping worker and at the time of the collision, according to the police, he was cleaning.

The driver of the vehicle in question was 18-year-old Braian Hoxha.

He was traveling with two 20-year-old girls, when for reasons and circumstances still to be clarified, he lost control of the car and ended up surrounded by the hotel.

The collision was so strong that the 2 girls who were with him in the vehicle were also injured. The police escorted the 18-year-old to the police station and are continuing their work to clarify the circumstances of the serious incident.
