Vlora police have arrested lawyer Redi Llanaj, after he today assaulted a guard at the Court of First Instance in Vlora.

Llanaj was arrested for “assault in the line of duty.” Llanaj argued with the security guard and then punched him in the face.

Police Announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists at the Vlora Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Hitting due to duty", citizen R. Ll., 42 years old, resident of Vlora, lawyer by profession, after on 10.10.2025, at around 12:30, in the premises of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Vlora, during a conflict, he punched the security guard of this institution, citizen FM, 60 years old, in the face, who suffered facial injuries.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
