A hearing was held at the Court of First Instance in Vlora to determine the security measure against citizen Geraldo Biba, a private police officer, detained by the police after being accused of raping a protester during the protest held a few days ago in the Zvërnec area. 

The hearing was presided over by Judge Etien Isak, while the prosecutor in the case was Julinda Gjika.

After the parties were heard and the prosecution requested the imposition of the security measure "prison arrest", the court decided to accept the prosecution's request, imposing the measure "prison arrest" on the detainee.
