The identity of the person whose body was found charred inside a burned-out vehicle on Friday afternoon in Skourta, Viotia, has not yet been revealed.

As can be seen, the car was found in an extremely isolated location, accessible only via a rural road in poor condition.

According to police sources, an Albanian man, a construction worker, was reported missing in the area, but had not previously been reported to the police.

Protothema.gr reports that the Albanian builder left Vilia and went to Skourta, with his car, which was abandoned in the village.

Meanwhile, DNA is expected to be taken from the Albanian's relatives and from the decomposed body found to see if they are identical.

It turns out that the car was stolen from the Glyfada area and had forged license plates.
