Police have seized assets worth 12 million euros in Saranda in the names of Kristi Qirici alias Jetmir Hoxha and Adriatik Kalemi .

Police announcement:

Assets worth 12 million euros belonging to 2 citizens with criminal records against whom investigations have been launched are identified and seized.

The seized assets are in the names of citizens Kristi Qirici alias Jetmir Hoxha and Adriatik Kalemi.

Vlora Police announces that the specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime at the Vlora DVP, in continuation of the work to investigate assets suspected of having been obtained from illegal income, have identified 2 cases, and after registering criminal proceedings, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Saranda, have launched specific investigations:

In charge of citizen KQ, alias JH, 43 years old, resident of Saranda, with criminal precedents in the field of narcotics, as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity".

Regarding this case, the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda, with the decision dated 07.09.2025, left in force by the Court of Appeal, dated 24.10.2025, has imposed preventive seizure on the assets of this citizen, specifically:

6-story hotel, with 37 rooms, construction area 248 m² per floor + 440 m² garage, in Saranda.

4-story hotel, with 15 rooms + bar, construction area 160 m² + 80 m², in Saranda.

Charged against citizen AK, 53 years old, resident of Saranda, with criminal precedents in the field of crimes against the person, trafficking and narcotics, as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity".

Regarding this case, the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda, with the decision dated 31.07.2025, has imposed preventive seizure on the assets of this citizen, specifically:

In Saranda: 103 m² service premises and 123.1 m² property.

In Tirana: Apartment 78.4 m², building plot 60.12 m², shop 103 m² and field 800 m².

In Rradhimë, Vlorë: Property 36 m², property 485 m² and property 619 m².

In Memaliaj, Tepelena: Property 386 m², land 650 m² and another property.

Movable assets: 1 boat, 4 vehicles and 12 bank accounts.

Under the direction of the Saranda Prosecutor's Office, work continues to identify and seize other assets that may have been registered in the names of other persons, by these citizens or their family members.
