Altin Celami 

46-year-old former soldier,  Altin Celami,  has been arrested again by the police for the same criminal activity: supplying criminal groups with firearms .

The police report states that Altin Celami used his taxi to transport weapons and ammunition to avoid police arrest. 

During the physical search of the taxi and the apartment, 4 firearms, pistols with live ammunition, were found, which the investigation suspects were intended to sell cocaine to criminal groups, and various weapon parts, which were seized as material evidence along with the vehicle.

Altin Celami was also arrested on October 4, 2022, along with 14 other people, who operated as a criminal group that committed contract killings.

In 2 cases, the orderer was Kasandër Noga, arrested in Belgium but planning the execution of opponents through hired killers.

For the latter, some of the weapons were provided by the soldier Altin Celami.
