Vanessa Ballan, 27 years old, pregnant with her second child, was stabbed several times on the doorstep of her home, dying on the spot.

The Italian media reports that the suspected author of her murder is a Kosovo Albanian, Bujar Fandj, 40 years old, a resident of Altivole and who works as a truck driver. He is wanted by the Italian police.

According to the local press, Vanessa and Bujar F. had a love affair that ended in 2022. But he did not accept the separation, even though Vanessa has been married since 2013 and has a 5-year-old child and was currently expecting her second child. with her husband.

Bujar Fandj, according to the Italian media, continued to pursue her and in October he had threatened and blackmailed her that he would publish on the Internet intimate photos of them from the time when they had a love affair.

For this reason, the 27-year-old woman reported her to the police. The carabinieri had carried out a check in the 40-year-old's apartment, seizing his computer and mobile phone.

According to the Italian police who have built the dynamics of the crime, Vanessa opened the door of her apartment because she knew the suspect. On the threshold of the door, the 40-year-old raped and stabbed her more than 7 times in different parts of the body. After the crime, he fled on foot and then used a truck.
