Democratic Party MP Asllan Dogjani appears before the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Dogjani is accused of concealing assets and has appeared several times before the Special Prosecution Office.

Asked by journalists at the entrance to the Special Prosecution Office, Dogjani briefly replied that he was going to submit a document, which he requested to be made available to prosecutors.

According to SPAK, on ​​March 24, 2010, Dogjani noted in his declaration of private interests before starting his duties at the HIDAKKI that he had received a residential apartment with an area of ​​128.4 m2 on "Hamid Shijaku" street in Tirana, from the construction company "Protial", in exchange for legal consultancy that he had provided and would provide in the future.

In support of this declaration, he has presented a contract dated December 6, 2006, on which he also relied in the declaration made in June 2023, after his election as a deputy in the Assembly of the Republic of Albania.

Contrary to what Dogjani stated, investigations have revealed that he became the owner of this apartment based on a contract from September 2006, which stipulated that the value of the apartment would be 121,980 euros, an amount he paid to the company through cash payments.
