One of the most violent days was marked in the capital, with a total of 18 people arrested, wanted or prosecuted for a series of criminal offenses related to physical violence.

From violence against family members to knife wounds and physical aggression, it seems that the last 24 hours have been very busy for the blues of Tirana. Women are not missing from the "black list", where in one case, one stabbed her boyfriend.

Police Announcement:

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 1:

-arrested citizen AA, 62 years old, after he attacked a 57-year-old man with a cutting tool during a conflict for weak motives;

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen FR, 61 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, he threatened a 25-year-old;

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen SH, 34 years old, after she threatened a 37-year-old man via mobile phone;

- Citizen DS, 21 years old, was declared wanted, as it is suspected that for weak motives, he punched a 35-year-old man. Efforts are underway to capture the 21-year-old.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2:

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen KK, 25 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, she slightly injured her boyfriend with a cutting tool;

-They declared a wanted person for IT citizen, 57 years old, after he is suspected of stealing clothes from a store. Work is underway to capture this citizen.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 3 arrested the following citizens:

-L. Sh., 21 years old, after threatening the staff of the school where he studies via telephone messages;

-EI, 37 years old, after stalking his former partner.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in the absence of the following citizens:

-Xh. M., 30 years old and HL, 27 years old, allegedly for weak motives, punched a 61-year-old man on “Njazi Meka” street;

-AS, 38 years old, allegedly for weak motives, hit a 25-year-old man with hard objects on Dibra Street.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 5 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizens BN, 40 years old, and QE, 44 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, they physically clashed with each other in the parking lot of a shopping center.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 6 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizens A. Ç., 53 years old, and KK, 27 years old, as it is suspected that for weak motives, they hit each other with hard objects.

Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 7 arrested citizen GK, 40 years old, after hitting his cousin with a hard object.

Road traffic specialists:

-they arrested the wanted citizen BM, 33 years old, sentenced by the Court of Tirana to 8 months and 20 days in prison, for the criminal offense of "Irregular driving".

-arrested citizens AK, 49 years old, and EI, 49 years old, after they were caught driving while intoxicated.

Preliminary information:

-On Dafinave Street, a sum of money and several products were stolen from a store owned by citizen AD. Work is underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrator(s).

-In Babrru, citizen HM, 69 years old, accidentally fell from the height of his apartment. This citizen is currently in the hospital, under the care of doctors. Work is underway to document the circumstances of the event with legal evidence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
