Elman Abule

Businessman Elman Abule has been arrested by order of SPAK.

On January 9, 2025, he was questioned for four hours by SPAK.

It is learned that Abule was questioned by prosecutors as a person in knowledge of the case under investigation against Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj.

After the testimony, he refused to comment to the media. Abule was questioned a day after SPAK received the testimony of his wife Marisa Nito.

Elman Abule, who is reportedly a friend of Mayor Erion Veliaj, was asked, according to sources, about the trips he has had with him abroad, as well as the jobs he has taken in the Municipality of Tirana.
