A 30-year-old man has been detained by the police station in Dibër after attempting to kidnap a 15-year-old girl.

The incident occurred in the village of Lunar in Dibra, while the minor was on the street.

Police announcement:

The services of the Dibër Police Commissariat, after receiving a notification that in the village of Lunar, administrative unit of Selishtë, a citizen was attempting to forcibly take a minor citizen, immediately went towards this village.

As a result of the actions, it was possible to capture and detain citizen GL, 30 years old, resident of the village of Lunar, who is suspected of attempting to forcefully take a 15-year-old girl on the street.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër, for further action.
