Meta's arrest, Dumani: It leaves something to be desired, but we do not execute the measures

Among the long list of questions that Tedi Blushi had prepared for Altin Dumani was the one on the issue of the arrest of former president Ilir Meta.

Dumani decided to respond by expressing his opposition to the method of arrest, but still not taking responsibility, because according to him, the order was not executed by him and is not the responsibility of the Prosecution.

"How do you characterize the manner of Ilir Meta's arrest?" Tedi Blushi asked the head of SPAK in the Laws Committee.

"SPAK prosecutors do not take orders from Edi Rama or anyone else. The BKH does not execute security measures, we delegate it to the state police. The state police make the execution orders.

"This is a daily practice built over the years. I do not feel responsible for the manner of the arrest because I did not execute the measure, even though it leaves much to be desired and I am against this method," said Dumani.
