Altin Dumani: We have had serious threats from criminal groups, but we have not stopped

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, during his appearance before the Laws Committee, emphasized that even though SPAK prosecutors have faced serious threats from criminal groups, they have never stopped their mission.

He stated that regarding the issue of illegal offices during the elections, the General Prosecutor's Office is responsible for them.

Dumani said that SPAK does not deal with political comments, but conducts investigations based only on evidence.

"We do not attach importance to the identity of the persons, as any individual can be investigated if there is evidence for a certain matter," Dumani declared.

The head of SPAK underlined that great work has been done by the Special Structure, saying that charges have been filed against many criminals, some of whom are still wanted.

"SPAK has been the victim of serious threats from criminal groups, but we have survived ," he concluded.
