After the news that the popular music singer "Maja" was raped by her husband from Fieri, Arben Shuaipi, the latter reacted by rejecting the entire version served as a journalistic report by some online media.

"...in March 2023, judge Fahrije Stringa made a decision to issue a protection order in favor of "Maja", who claimed that I had raped her. The court has ordered that I stay 200 meters away from my ex-wife. First, this decision is completely illegal, as it was taken without my presence and without hearing me as a defendant. Secondly, I am hundreds of kilometers away from my ex-wife and not 200 meters as the court says, since I live in Italy where I work as an architect. I cannot rape a woman at home or on the streets of Tirana, when physically I am neither in her house nor in Tirana, but in a foreign country such as Italy. As ex-husband and wife, only our son unites us as we already live in different dimensions and countries..." - Arben Shuaipi told " Ora News" .

Furthermore, the latter adds that the ex-wife makes these legal tactics, to smear and blacken her before the law bodies in Albania, with the aim of creating obstacles to meet her son and further aims to grab the ownership of two luxury villas located in 2 residential complexes.

"...I kept silent and thought that we should resolve our family conflict with understanding and through the law, looking at the good of the son, who is our most precious asset. The whole fight is about the boy, and our villas that are in residential complexes. "Maja" asks me to remove me completely from the ownership of these two properties in Tirana, and at the same time to stop me from meeting the child. "Maja", apparently advised by other greedy minds, has decided to publish a family conflict of ours in the media, only with the aim of discrediting me and not allowing me to meet the boy. I come to Albania only to meet my child, I have not even started to follow the trials, leaving the defense in the hands of my lawyer..." - said Arben Shuaipi.

Meanwhile, today the next session of the court confrontation between the couple Arben and the singer "Maja" took place in the Court of Tirana, where the court gave time to the parties to bring the toxicological analyzes and any other written evidence that they deem necessary.

While it is expected that on May 14, 2024, it is expected that the act of psychological expertise of the child will be submitted.
