This decision can definitely be considered one of the strangest when we are less than three weeks away from the duel against the English giants Manchester City, even though Bayern Munich has immediately found Nagelsman's replacement.

The 35-year-old coach lost respect in the dressing room, having an immediate clash with the symbolic figure of Bayern: Manuel Neuer. A collision which caused a lot of controversy in that period.

The most recent case was when he stated: "We have someone from the team who is revealing our tactics and spreading them everywhere, could it be a member of the staff, could it be a player"? Implying that there was something wrong with the interior of the club.

The Bayern club did not delay in replacing him, bringing in a coach well known to the public. He is a young and charismatic coach, a well-known German, a graduate of the Mainz 05 school and one of the three most distinguished students of Ralf Ragnick.

It is about Thomas Tuchel, a coach who has had satisfactory experiences in Mainz 05, in Dortmund at Borussia and in France at PSG, but we must not leave without mentioning the last and most glorious experience, with Chelsea in London where over all that stands out is the triumph in the Champions League.

Bayern had no difficulty signing Tuchel, as they were without a team. The last time Tuchel managed a team was in his 100th game with the Chelsea club, where they lost against Dinamo Zagreb with the result 1-0 in Croatia.

In Germany, it is said that appointing Tuchel to the bench, instead of Nagelsmann, is the best decision, also due to the coach's history. Tuchel took over at Chelsea at a similar stage of the season and nobody expected him to succeed, but history speaks for itself.

Tuchel is the right coach for Bayern because, in addition to the successes in Germany, he can bring what Nagelsmann could not win, the Champions League trophy. Nagelsmann is now Bayern's past and Tuchel must now take the reins of the club where he must first mend relations in the dressing rooms and then do what is best for the team.
