Fraction II of the 5D/SPAK file demands 1 year in prison for the Director of the 'Tirana' club, Deborah Keçi!

The Special Prosecution Office submits the claim for the second group of the “ 5D ” file. 

SPAK is requesting 1 year in prison for the director of the "Tirana" sports club, Deborah Keçi, which, upon application for summary judgment, will be reduced to 8 months. 

The prosecution also requested suspension and probation for 2 years so that during this time he does not commit another criminal offense, as well as the removal of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years.

For  Teuta Guri, Renaldo Gjerazi and Gentjan Meraj , prosecutor Klodian Braho requested a sentence of 9 months in prison, applying a shortened trial of 6 months.

A two-year suspension was also requested for all three, so that during this time they would not commit another criminal offense, and an additional sentence was given that they would not exercise public functions for 5 years. 

The legal defenders requested time to prepare their defense, for which reason the next hearing was scheduled for May 8 at 12:00.
