The democratic parliamentary group, that of Reestablishment, held a meeting today at noon where they discussed the opposition action. But everything has gone well, since some MPs have been accused of being "spies" of the media and for this reason three Democratic MPs have left the meeting of the opposition group.
In the closed-door debate, MP Tritan Shehu made accusations that someone was extracting information from the meeting.
Immediately after this statement, Helidon Bushati, Agron Gjekmarkaj and Dashnor Sula left the meeting.
Excerpts from the debate:
Lover Sula: We must be trustworthy to people. We must have the proposal of a shadow government, where there are pure opposition figures. No one thinks that Sali Berisha will become prime minister, and for us to be an alternative to Rama, we must have a shadow government with clean figures.
Asllan Dogjani: We have to decide today when we will hold the meetings at the headquarters.
Tritan Shehu: Why do discussions come out of this meeting. It is impermissible and unacceptable that our words come out. We must have a strong statement as a group to protect the leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha.
Helidon Bushati : Tritan, I'm leaving so I don't have any hostages, so you know I didn't take it out. So I'm cleaning up. (Leaves the meeting)
Agron Gjekmarkaj : I'm leaving too, Tritan, one less spy here, so I won't be accused.
Lover Sula: I'm leaving too Tritan.

Meanwhile, MP Albana Vokshi held a debate with the chairman of the Group, Gazment Bardhi.
Vokshi asked Bardhi to account for why Re-establishment does not have representation in Brussels, at the meeting of the Stabilization Committee of Ascoim.
According to her, the Resolution should have included the case of Sali Berisha, who has been under house arrest since December 30.
Excerpts from the debate:
Albana Vokshi: Why does Re-establishment not have representation in Brussels, (Refers to the meeting in the EU-Albania Association Stabilization Committee), so that in the resolution it was proposed that the leader of the opposition be imprisoned. During the discussion there, this topic should have been defended, since we have representatives there. Why did you not propose that this point be included in the resolution?
Gazment Bardhi: You have Ina, and Ina did not come for her own objective reasons. We do not have the exclusive right to propose such amendments. And third, we cannot propose amendments for particular individuals. Issues are discussed there, we have raised and included all the issues that are concerns of the opposition, including justice, and I think that the delegation has achieved success with the persuasion we made to the MEPs to support our amendments
