Therefore, it is learned that the minister Taulant Balla immediately contacted the ministers of the government of Montenegro and requested information regarding this event that happened in Herceg Novi.

Currently, the Police of Herceg Novi are taking statements and detaining suspects. In the following hours, it is expected that there will be complete information about the case.

According to the denunciation of the family members of 3 Albanians, they were brutally raped by 8 people dressed in military uniforms as soon as they got off the ferry in Kotor. The three Albanians had left for Germany.
