After the last event in Divjakë, where the residents protested to oppose the installation of a beam and automatically and the fee to enter the park, SP MP Erion Braçe also reacted.

He goes on to describe the Ministry of Environment as "arrogant" and that the officials of the Divjak Municipality have been threatened to fly away from work.   

" It is unreasonable for them to come to Divjaka and make such scenes. Divjaka is a quiet place. The citizens are not there, but they are at work.

It would be natural for this whole situation to be resolved in a legal way. Placing a toll beam is illegal. There are several national roads in the territory of Divjakë municipality. There is no other way to get to the coast. From Velipoja to Saranda, you don't have to pay a cent to go to the sea.

What the Ministry does in cooperation with the ARA is to impose a tax to cross the road and go to the sea. it is a position that also affects road safety. In my judgment placing the payment on a national axis is illegal. I will take any initiative to crack down on this lawlessness.

I have no communication with the Ministry of Environment, from that ministry comes all that arrogance. Officials of the Divjak Municipality have been threatened that they will "fly" if they prevent the installation of the beam. The municipality has suspended the installation of the beam. For placing the kiosk, permission must be obtained from the Municipality of Divjaka. The municipality has every legitimate right to control the objects that will be built ", said Erion Braçe to the media.
