The Assembly of Albania interrupted the session, after former Prime Minister Sali Berisha insulted Minister Elisa Spiropali, calling her "Spirobuçe".

"Employees have no salary. This man here who gave the tender of 500 million lek to the boy's cook (refers to Dritan Agolli of the FHZ), as the job of Salariot that he gave to Elti, the brother of this minister, Spirobuchi. Please..." said the former prime minister.

Immediately after this speech, Speaker of Parliament Lindita Nikolla intervened, interrupting Sali Berisha and asking him to sit down as he had committed "a serious insult". Nikola announced the meeting of the Assembly bodies for disciplinary measures.

"I interrupt you. I cut you off Mr. Berisha, this serious insult cannot be accepted. It is a serious ethical violation. I cut you off. Sit down Mr. Berisha. You have seriously violated the Code of Ethics, we will interrupt the session to continue with disciplinary measures", said Nikolla.

All this time in the session, there were debates between the socialists and the democrats, who asked the right-wing colleagues to condemn the insult of Sali Berisha. However, since the microphones were turned off, the debates were not heard.
