The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, told Sali Berisha today that his enemy is justice before which he must give an account.

While giving her speech in the Parliament, speaking about Berisha, the minister choked at one point. This has caused laughter in Gazment Bardhi and MP Korreshi.
