Through statuses on social networks or on television, the opposition does not hesitate to denounce the high price of oil and gasoline in our country from time to time, but so far their rhetoric seems empty.
They do not mention any oligarch's name to tell the Albanians to whom their money is going, which was taken from them at abusive prices.
Today, the price of oil on the stock exchange suffered a significant decrease, but the Board did not do such a thing, leaving it to be traded at 240 ALL/liter. Triggered by this news, there has been a reaction from the vice president of LSI Petrit Vasili.
While comparing prices with North Macedonia and the price on the stock exchange, Vasili says in a status on social networks that "these numbers show how the government and the oligarchs steal".
We know who runs the government Petri, but which oligarchs are robbing us? Why don't you and your opposition colleagues dare to mention the name of the oil oligarchs?
If the price of oil has increased abusively, it is Shefqet Kastrati and Paulin Gega who dominate the market. For the opposition, these are not mentioned. What "problem" does Petrit Vasili have that he does not mention the names of Shefqet Kastrati and Paulin Gegë?
A serious opposition should mention by name those who steal from Albanians, but until today we have not seen this.
Vasili's full post:
"Oil on the stock exchange decreases, while the Board of Thieves of the government only raises the price! In the Stock Exchange, the price has dropped a lot to 95, 23 dollars from 227 dollars a barrel a few weeks ago. But the Board of Thieves continues to rob Albanians and keeps the price at full 240 lek per liter. While in Macedonia, the price of oil is currently 100 dinars or 189 lek per liter. So Albania has a price of 51 lek more than Macedonia.
These figures speak for themselves about how the government and the oligarchs steal for profit. Don't let these scumbags steal from you anymore," writes Vasili.
