The court session set for this Thursday at the Court of Appeal for the DP statute, appeal made by the group of democrats led by Enkelejd Alibeaj, is postponed.

"Following the communications on the activity of the Tirana Court of Appeal, we inform you that today's court session that was planned to take place, the request of the Democratic Party, did not take place, because the legal representative filed a request to postpone the session.

The next court session is scheduled for 06.12.2022, at 09:30", it is stated in the announcement of this Court.
