During her speech in the Assembly, DP deputy Greta Bardeli focused on the concern raised in the European Commission's report on the fiscal amnesty project being prepared by the Government, as well as on the "golden passports" project.

Bardeli has stated that the European Commission has considered these projects as a potential risk, as he further adds that no country in the world today develops on the basis of criminal drug and trafficking money.

From the floor of the Assembly, the democratic deputy said that, on the other hand, the wrangling in these black schemes exposes to all international institutions and the public opinion the state where the state's coffers have been depleted.

"The report of the European Commission for Albania for 2022 is clearly against the fiscal amnesty project being prepared by the government, "The approval of a tax and criminal amnesty against EU advice undermines the fight against money laundering", this report states!

The same warning has been given for the government's other project on citizenship schemes for alleged foreign investors. "As for citizenship, Albania should be restrained from developing an investor citizenship scheme as it would pose a risk in terms of security, money laundering, tax evasion, terrorist financing, corruption and infiltration by organized crime and would to be incompatible with EU criteria!

I believe it is clear to everyone!

But it is precisely this step that the government will definitely take for the same reasons that the European Commission emphasizes as a potential risk!

With the blessing of government institutions and agencies, a large number of businesses that work with cash on hand and informally have been deliberately allowed to develop in the country!

Ne sot kemi padyshim një qeverisje që është kokë e këmbë në mbrojtje të interesave kriminale e korruptive në përmasat më dramatike të njohura ndonjëherë!
