Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared on his Twitter account the documents and photos that Taulant Balla made public earlier today.

According to them, on December 17, 2010, just one month before the adoption of the Resolution against Kosovo, Sali Berisha met with Vladimir Putin's confidant.
