The head of the SP Group in the Assembly shared some photos and documents this Saturday morning, which according to Taulant Balla, show that on December 17, 2010, Sali Berisha met in the Prime Minister's building in Tirana with Vladimir Putin's confidant. the politician Konstantin Kosachev.
"Konstantin Kosachev was the initiator of the motion for the resolution, from which a report was then drafted and finally Resolution 1782 (2011) of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe ("APKiE") on "investigating allegations of inhumane treatment of persons and trafficking illegal harvesting of human organs in Kosovo", writes Balla.
Publishing the documents, he says that Sali Berisha met with Kosachev in Tirana just 37 days before the vote in Strasbourg of the Council of Europe Resolution, based on a fabricated report, openly supported and sponsored by the Kremlin against Kosovo.
"Why did Putin's confidant come to Tirana just one month before the Resolution vote? How and how much did Sali Berisha sell the vote and silence of the Albanian Government at that time towards this Resolution? How did the Democratic Party get into the Kremlin treasury after this meeting and how many million rubles were transferred to the accounts or in the interest of Sali Berisha?", asks Taulant Balla.
