Former MP Ermelinda Meksi has been disappointed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, because the latter addressed the word "professor" to Democratic MP Edmond Spaho, who does not officially hold this title.

According to her, holding the title represents an intellectual value of the person who holds it, while the scientific title obtained without merit is an anti-value.

Meksi says anyone who agrees to be called a professor when he is not a true title holder helps to devalue him.

The former MP says that in respect of age, some people can be addressed as "God or Lady", but not Professor, otherwise the frustration of professors will increase.

I heard the Prime Minister address "disappointed" for the anti-American position to an opposition MP, calling him "Professor", although the MP in question does not officially hold the title.

There is an inflationary desire to use scientific titles even when they are lacking.

Certainly holding a title (professor or assistant professor), or a scientific degree (master or doctor / Ph.D), represents an intellectual value of the person holding it.

Just as the degree or scientific title is anti-meritorious, obtained without merit and with non-original works, without any added value in the respective field.

Meanwhile, there are intellectuals who, although they do not officially have this title, radiate knowledge with the great work written by them.
