The leader of "Albania Becomes", Adriatik Lapaj, has expressed his position before the elections regarding political ambitions, stating that he is not interested in becoming part of the Parliament simply to receive a mandate as an MP.

"I'm not entering Parliament with a mandate! I'm not entering for a piece of MP," he said firmly on the "Albania Live" show, implying that his goal is beyond a seat in Parliament.

So far, the Albania Becomes initiative has only received one vote in these elections, and that is Lapaj himself. Will Lapaj continue his mandate as he has publicly stated, or will he prove that the fight was for a chair? "It remains to be seen...
